1. AUMARCHE Buyer Protection 

In order to be covered by Buyer Protection you must pay inside the MARCHE app, using the Check Out button and report any issues to us within guaranteed days after you receive the product.

 

All purchases made in-app, are covered by Buyer Protection and you'll receive a full refund (shipping fee not included) following our refund process if your item doesn't arrive or if it's significantly not as described.

 

The following aren't covered by Buyer Protection:

- Purchases made without using the BUY button

- Meet in person transactions

- Non-material goods, such as event tickets
​- Non-refundable products

2. I haven’t received my items

NOTE: All in-app purchases made using the Check Out button are covered by Buyer Protection. You'll get a full refund if your item doesn't arrive according to the tracking notification provided or if it's significantly not as described.

 

  • Contact the Seller directly for an update by private messaging 

  • Ask the Seller if the item has been shipped and proof of shipping

  • Check the tracking details to see the status of your order

  • If the seller doesn’t get back to you or the item tracking code has not been updated after 7 days, please report in app by going to: Profile > Settings > Support > Reporting an issue 

3. How to get a refund

All refunds at AUMARCHE should be arranged between you and the seller. Before purchasing you should understand each seller’s guarantee days and return policy. 

 

The process of refund is as follows: 

  1. Determine your seller's return policy

  2. Request a refund by going to Personal Page > Personal Assistant > My Orders, select the item you want to refund and click the “Return” button to fill in basic information

  3. If your seller agrees on a return, make sure you ship your item using only a tracked, signed method that you both agree on 

  4. Your money will be returned in 2 - 3 days after the seller receives your returned item and confirms the status or after 30 days without seller’s notice 

 

Items below can’t be returned including:

  • Face + Body products if opened, used or protective seal is not intact

  • Underwear, swimwear or pierced accessories if the hygiene seal is not intact or any labels have been broken

  • Items listed as not able to be returned by sellers

4. Significantly not as described

An item being significantly not as described means that the item you have received is significantly different compared to the description of the item in the original listing the seller had on MARCHE and covers:

  • Incorrect sizes 

  • Wrong color 

  • Counterfeit 

  • severe damage

  • Incorrect item 

  • Never receiving the items within the estimated delivery time 

What isn’t covered:

  • Smells 

  • Minor damage on second hand or vintage items

  • Material looks different than it did in the images

  • Doesn’t fit or doesn’t look right 

 

As a buyer, you can get a refund for an item that is significantly not as described or report any violated items to AUMARCHE by going to Profile > Settings > Support > Reporting an issue.

5. MARCHE order tracking

After buying a product, you can track your purchase in Personal Page > Personal Assistant > My Orders. AUMARCHE will send out a push notification on behalf of the seller once the tracking is shown as “delivered” by the delivery services.
